Welcome to a domestic home page to celebrate life, which sucks sometimes. I first started posting to the site when my first wife Jane died in January 2002. It began as a photo album with a few jottings for friends and family to enjoy. It grew as friends sent me pieces to include.

Time has moved on and my personal circumstances have been transformed beyond all recognition. The site is now taking on the role of an introduction to the family. It is neither a glossy brochure for the High's, nor a blog for conveying our innermost thoughts. We'd rather converse with people! So we welcome feedback, comments or discussion of any of the issues raised. Feel free to e-mail us.

At the end of the day, it has all been a bit of fun, though I must say it has also been personally very therapeutic. I hope you enjoy it.
